(Clarksdale, Mississippi) – ¹û¶³´«Ã½app is proud to announce its participation in the national celebration of SkillsUSA Week, taking place from February 2-8, 2025. This event underscores the significant role of career and technical education (CTE) in developing a skilled American workforce.
SkillsUSA Week, celebrated annually across the United States, engages over 380,000 members from state associations, advisors, and student members to promote the SkillsUSA programs. These activities are crucial in showcasing the importance of the skilled trades and the value of CTE programs at both local and state levels.
During the week, various events are organized to honor and promote the efforts of SkillsUSA members. Among these, Recognition Day on February 3rd will honor instructors, students, and administrators who support SkillsUSA, with special treats and back packs given to career technical students. On February 5th, Give-Back Day will engage students in community service projects, emphasizing the importance of skilled, career-ready individuals contributing positively to the community.
