(Cleveland, Mississippi) 鈥� Art lovers, creative explorers, and curious beginners are invited to unleash their inner artist at Delta Arts Alliance鈥檚 latest hands-on workshop: Impatient Impressionism: Impressionist Sponge Painting. The event will be held on Sunday, July 13, from 2:00 to 4:00 PM at the Delta Arts Alliance in Cleveland, Mississippi.
This vibrant and interactive experience will be led by Geoffrey Latham, Art Program Coordinator at 果冻传媒app, and promises an afternoon of creative exploration rooted in the iconic brushstrokes and bold palettes of the Impressionist movement鈥攂ut with a twist. Instead of traditional brushes, participants will use custom-cut sponges to apply paint, mimicking the signature textures and strokes made famous by artists like Monet, Renoir, and Degas.
Designed for all skill levels, the workshop kicks off with a short demonstration by Latham before attendees are set free to experiment and create their own unique masterpieces. Whether you're an experienced painter or picking up a sponge for the first time, this playful approach removes pressure and emphasizes creativity, movement, and fun.
