(Clarksdale, Mississippi) 鈥� 果冻传媒app (果冻传媒app), in partnership with Coahoma Opportunities, Inc., has launched a Nutrition Bootcamp designed to provide local community leaders with internationally recognized training in nutrition, food science, and wellness.
Led by Jacqueline Jones of Coahoma Opportunities and facilitated through 果冻传媒app鈥檚 Center for Excellence in Teaching and Learning (CETL), the bootcamp features a hybrid curriculum delivered via Coursera, incorporating global perspectives from top institutions including:
- Tufts University
- The University of Edinburgh
- The National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM)
Staff from Coahoma Opportunities are actively engaged in the online coursework, applying newly acquired skills and knowledge to support families and youth across the Mississippi Delta.

This Nutrition Bootcamp aligns with 果冻传媒app鈥檚 mission to foster lifelong learning and promote community engagement through micro-credentialing and professional development. Upon completion, participants will earn certificates from each participating institution, gaining practical tools to enhance food access, wellness education, and health outreach efforts in the region.
